Emergency Response Commitment
The CIG is recognized for its immediate response time to catastrophic emergencies. We have a first responder personnel on site no longer than thirty minutes after receiving the call. Upon assessing the situation, equipment and additional personnel are dispatched to the site within the hour. The goal of the first responder and team is to contain the situation as quickly as possible in order to limit the loss or damage to our client.
