Thomas S. Rentoul is President of the CLEAN-IT Group, Inc., which he started in 1988. Mr. Rentoul's previous experience includes President of AGCON, a company specializing in the development of financial management software, and Marketing Manager at Control Data Agriculture Products and Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

David S. Soberg, Operations Manager
Dave Soberg joined the company in 1996. Mr. Soberg has twenty-seven years of industry experience in a supervisory/managerial role. He owned and operated a janitorial business for three years. Mr. Soberg obtained ongoing training through coursework, seminars, and hands-on training in such areas as safety, discrimination, sexual harrassment, as well as extensive training in floor care and other special services areas. He graduated from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Kenneth Williams, Area Manager
Kenneth Williams joined the company in 1989. Before joining CLEAN-IT Group, he was a manager for operations for a branch of the Chemlawn company. He has taken courses in management and special project cleaning and floor care-related concerns. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehead State College, Morehead, Kentucky.

Terry B. Fitzsimmons, Area Manager
Terry Fitzsimmons joined CLEAN-IT Group in 1994. He has twenty-six years of direct management experience. His experience includes facilities management, personnel hiring, training and scheduling along with training in approaches to compliant and conflict resolution. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse with a Bachelor Science in Community Health Education.
